Meditation for Relaxation CD

This CD includes three guided meditations:

1. Inner peace
2. Pure Light
3. Inspiration

All three are forms of breathing meditation that help to calm the mind, reduce stress, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and well-being.

Although these meditations can be practiced in any order, you might like to try them in sequence first. You can then choose the one that works best for you and focus on that.

Alternatively, you might find that a particular meditation works better for you in different situations or at different times.
