We use Paypal for payment transactions: credit card and direct debit. When you buy something on our site, your banking information goes directly through Paypal and not through our system, so your details are completely protected.

Here at Tharpa, we hope that you are happy with your order. However, from time to time for one reason or another, you need to return an item. Please review our policy below:

If you would like to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it, please return the item to the address below:

If the item is returned in re-sellable condition we will reimburse you the total including shipping.
毀損商品 - Damaged Items
若你收到之商品有任何毀損，請立即與我們連絡並將商品連同收據寄回並註明毀損之狀況，我們將免費為您寄上新的商品。
If one of our items is damages, please inform us immediately and return the item with the invoice and a description of the problem. We will ship you a replacement item for free.

Tharpa Asia distributes throughout Asia: China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Nepal, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, If you would like to order an item for someone outside of this area, please choose the Tharpa in the country of your destination by choosing the corresponding country on the top right of the window.
運送 - Delivery
運費的計算方式是依據商品的重量及運送地點。若你有任何關於運送時間及費用之問題，請與我們連絡。訂單金額超過三千元免運費。
Please allow 7 days for shipping. The shipping costs are established by the weight of the item and the country that you are ordering from. If you would like to ask a specific question about delivery times and charges, please contact us, we would be very happy to assist you.
Delivery is free for items over 3000 NT.
