The product you downloaded was compressed to save space and download time. Before you will be able to play it you must uncompress it. To uncompress it in Windows 2000/XP/Vista please refer to this video tutorial.

 For other operating systems such as MacOS, Windows 95/98/ME or Linux you will need to refer to your manual and you may even need some third party software. An example of such software is WinRAR which is actually free with their trial versions and works on all operating systems.
