In the rare event that the download instructions email did not get sent through or you have lost the email then you should follow the below instructions to get access to your download:

1. Login to your account with your username and password. (If you have lost your username/password use the lost password link to get a new password)
   
2. Go to the "Account Maintenance" area.
3. Near the bottom of the page you will be shown the list of purchases you have made to date. Click to veiw the order that contains the item(s) you wish to download.
4. Near the bottom of the page will be a list of products you purchased. Each product name will be a link you can click on that will take you to that products download page.
