An audio recording of two sadhanas, or ‘methods of attainment’, that can be used as preliminary practices for Mahamudra meditation. The Great Liberation of the Father sadhana is practised in conjunction with Heruka, and the Great Liberation of the Mother sadhana is practised in conjunction with Vajrayogini. Also included are extensive Prayers of Request to the Mahamudra Lineage Gurus for those wishing to incorporate this into their Mahamudra preliminaries. Short pauses have been included in the prayers, which indicate where, if you wish, you can pause the recording for meditation or mantra recitation.
