This booklet contains two prayers for the long life of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. The first, Spontaneous Accomplishment of Wishes, was composed in 1979 by Venerable Geshe-la’s root Guru, Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche, at the request of the students of Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre. The second, A Heavenly Song of Immortality Requesting the Guru to Remain Forever, was composed in 1990 by the Glorious Dharma Protector, Duldzin Dorje Shugden, at the request of the students of Madhyamaka Centre. The first prayer is intended for regular recitation by faithful students, and the second prayer is also recited on special occasions, or at any time.
