Introduction

This CD features the complete recording of the self generation sadhana called The Yoga of Buddha Vajrapani.

Vajrapani is an emanation of Buddha Vajradhara whose function is to destroy the delusions of living beings by bestowing special power upon their body and mind. He is the holder of the Secret Mantra, the lineage holder of Buddha's Tantric teachings. 

Having received the blessing empowerment of Buddha Vajrapani, we need to put the instructions that we receive during the empowerment into practice by engaging in The Yoga of Buddha Vajrapani. By doing this we can accomplish our final goal, the supreme happiness of enlightenment. 

The first of these is a method to accomplish the attainment of the enlightened state of Vajrapani, and can be practised by those who have received the empowerment of Buddha Vajrapani. Through sincerely practising the self-generation of Buddha Vajrapani with the compassionate mind of bodhichitta we can heal both ourself and others. Finally, we shall attain the supreme happiness of enlightenment.
